Yo, all. It was fun 2 days before. ^^.
AFA' 08 was Off the hook. l repeat, Off The Hook! It was very fun. Really! There were many cool stuff, lotsa figurines, posters and even boards. Seen lots of cosplayers. There were many cute ones, and ugly crap shit ones.
So far the cutest I saw was probably the Soul Eater one. The younger sister of the Death Scythe owned by Death the Kid. Death the Kid's cosplayer himself ( or herself??) was cruddy. Really >_>
Then l saw lots of people cosplaying people they couldn't. One good 1 was Hidan from Naruto Shipuudden, as well as Axel from Kingdom Hearts. Axel was cosplayed by a girl btw. OHH! And there was this girl, I don't think l've seen the anime before. But it was a girl with head phones and disc. Lol. Rings a bell to anyone?
Hmm, well. The team of Kingdom Hearts was funny. They were acting like its a musical. I was having a chuckle. Haha. They were singing some english songs expressing their thoughts, and then suddenly Hakumatata from Timon and Pumba. Then, they sang some other english song and then suddenly High School Musical song came out. LOL.
Their costumes were cool! Self- made too. They even had a mirror with the picture of Sora stuck on. LOL.
Well, I'll give you an example of a crappy shit cosplay. There was a woman, who looked like 150 pounds, and cosplayed as frickin' Haruhi Suzumiya. ):<>
Then the sidekicks of Kyon and the other dude, was REALLYYYY cruddy. Pfft, worst shit.
Then someone who cosplayed as C2 from Code Geass, was OLD. Really old, like 30? Crud lol.
Then there was this cute cosplay lmao. The dude cosplayed as a mobile suit, from code geass. Or was it mobile suit? Forgot xD, Code Geass is in my R.I.P Anime list xD. The guy's armour parts kept falling off. The Emcees were like cheering for him( or her?) to get on stage through the stairs as it was too big to enter the back stage. Haha.
Then there was a funny cosplay, of ULTRAMAN! The ultimate show xD.
Well, the AFA was featuring some cool animes, or not so cool...

Then, there were some cool Gundam Figurines, including a full-scale Gundam, Strike! And also a whole stage of Gundam figurines, with a limited edition 1/10 Strike Destiny. With red wings, cool heck was that.
I walked around with my cousins and stuff. Saw lots of things, and posters. Holy crap, the posters are cool, but expensive. I saw a Haruhi Suzumiya cute poster. But hesitated. Since it cost about 75? Omg. Expensive. Figurines were also expensive. About 35? I saw a DBZ x One Piece Crossover. Lol, it was rather nice with goku in Luffy's clothes. But Luffy in Goku's clothes was ugly. Lol. A set for $35. Solo for $20. Expensive you know?!
Well, they were showcasting Tamagotchi! on television there. I regretted not taking a seat during the Tamagotchi! showcasting part. -.-'' I had to stand in the big frickin' crowd at the Cosplay Mania, and my leg hurted after that. ):<>_> Well, I wanted to buy a poster but couldn't >_> Expensive!!! I regret not spending now T_T
Well, overall. Saw some cute cosplayers and shuai cosplayers as well. But at the same time, CRAP COSPLAYERS. ):<>
Oh yea, did l mention the Gintama Cosplayers? They were cool man! Especially the guy cosplaying Gintoki and Kagura. Kagura was cute and Gintoki was damn shuai. Gintoki was eating candy cane to boot! :D
Well, l suppose there aren't much stuff to talk about. I hope that there will be another AFA in Singapore, and when I am working with lotsa $$ :D Then I can buy all I want, with a good camera xD! Well, l'll post some pics next.
